KHC Offices Closed
Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) will be closed Thursday and Friday, November 27-28, in observance of Thanksgiving. KHC will reopen at 8 a.m. on Monday, December 1.

Passbook Savings Rate
Effective Sunday, February 1, 2015, the passbook savings rate to be used for all move-in, initial, annual, and interim re-certification when a family has net assets over $5,000, is .06 percent. This .06 percent rate must be used until Multifamily Housing publishes and makes effective a new passbook savings rate, per HUD Notice H20145-2015 issued October 31, 2014.

KHC is a Tobacco-Free Campus
Governor Steven L. Beshear issued an executive order for all executive branch state buildings and properties to be free of all tobacco products and e-cigarettes, effective Thursday, November 20, 2014. As a quasi-governmental agency, administratively attached to the Finance Cabinet Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) has followed the governor's initiative to become a tobacco-free campus.
If you or your staff attend meetings at KHC, please be mindful that use of all tobacco products is prohibited on KHC property.
