Approved Environmental Compliance Service Provider List Now Available

Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) has completed the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process for environmental compliance service providers for multifamily projects. As a reminder, beginning with the 2015 funding round, all multifamily developers seeking federal funds from KHC must select an approved service provider to conduct the required environmental review. The list of Approved Environmental Compliance Service Providers is on KHC's website  under Development; Multifamily; Technical Submission. Please refer to the 2015 Multifamily Guidelines for more information on environmental review requirements.

Take A Stand

The Coalition for the Homeless is launching a massive awareness campaign to invite all Louisvillians to take a stand (#TakeAStandLou) to end homelessness in Louisville. November is National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Month. On November 13, volunteers held up signs across the city to take a stand against homelessness, and every Louisvillian can get involved by posting a photo of themselves holding a sign that says, "I am here to take a stand" with the hashtag #TakeAStandLou. For other ways to get involved, click here: http://louhomeless.org/?p=2973.
