More To Come

Progress Is Being Made

Changes are happening rapidly. This is big. The beams are up. There is new framing on what used to be the patio which is the beginning of the expanded bar area. If you get a chance, come take a look through the window in the Great Wall of Oakwood.
It is really worth the trip.

Now we know the ceiling won't fall on us. Those are REALLY BIG BEAMS!!!

.

These pictures show the bar area expansion out onto the patio.

Guidelines Found On The Website

Last week, in the ALC SITL article, I stated that anything done outside the home requires permit approval. I want to clarify. Normal landscape maintenance, trimming or cleaning up does not need a permit.

The ALC Guidelines can be found on the IronOaks website. Here is how to locate the guidelines. Go to www.ironoakshoa.com and click on Member Login. The last 5 numbers on the back of your homeowner's card is your log in number; your last name is your password.

Click on HOA INFO, then click on Governing Documents which can be found in the column to the left. The Guidelines in their entirety are available there. If it is easier, just call our office. We are always glad to talk to our fellow homeowners. Our number is 480 802-7275.

Election Signage

Political Signs

According to the IronOaks Rules and Regulations, political signs on a lot are limited to a total of 9.0 square feet. Political signage may not be posted before seventy-one (71) days prior to an election and must be removed no later than seven (7) days after the election.

There are two elections left in 2016:
August 30th    Primary Election for Federal and State (Not President)
November 8th General Election
Since the Presidential Preference Election was March 22nd, anyone with Presidential Candidate signage displayed or posted must remove them until 71 days prior to the General Election. Seventy one days prior to November 8, 2016 is August 29, 2016.

Help Needed For The CAP Team

Volunteers Needed For The CAP Team

Interested in helping your fellow Sun Lakers in their time of need? The Sun Lakes Fire District operates an all volunteer Community Assistance Program (CAP) that responds with the fire and ambulance units to emergency calls in Sun Lakes.

As one of the valley's "Crisis Response" units we make someone's "bad day better."
While firefighters and paramedics tend to the patient, we assist everyone else. The CAP team is always looking for new members and is currently planning a late October 2016 class.

Fiber Recycle Bins. The Fiber Recycle items are shredded and used for miscellaneous projects. If you have clothing that you want to recycle, there are numerous agencies that are in need of used clothing.

Medical Equipment. If you have medical equipment that you wish to donate, please bring the items to the Posse Office when the office is open. We will decide if we can use the items, and give you a receipt. Please do not leave medical equipment by the recycle bins.

Pink Underwear. We have pink underwear signed by Sheriff Joe available at the Posse office for $15.00. They may be purchased during regular office hours.

We wish to thank everyone for their donations and contributions.
