Announcement

Board Meeting Date Change

The Board of Directors' monthly meeting will be this Wednesday, September 30, 2015, in the Oakwood Ballroom immediately following the Budget Workshop that is scheduled for 9:00 am.

Web Site Tips
                                                                                                                                                 Lady on Computer
Sometimes it is a good to take a look at all the forms and documents that are available to you. Sign onto the web site, click on HOA INFO, and click on Forms and Documents. Everything is there that you could possibly want. You will find past Board agendas, ALC Permit forms, Board documents, Committee stuff, Financial forms and information, GM Reports, Golf policies, Governing documents, Meeting minutes, Patrol, Plant information and on and on. This is just super, having all this information in one place. There really is no reason for anyone to say, "I didn't know that." I know I have been guilty of claiming ignorance, but no more.
Committee Corner

The Committee Page of the IronOaks website makes it easier for homeowners to find the latest minutes, agendas and to see names of fellow homeowners who serve on each committee.   The charters for each committee are also listed. For more information, Click Here

New 2016 Board Members

Meet & Greet September 30th

This year's Board of Directors elections is a first for IronOaks. There are three open positions for the Board, and only three residents stepped forward to fill these positions. Consequently there will not be an election. These three gentlemen will begin serving their terms in January of 2016.

Each gentleman will be introduced and homeowners will have a chance to shake hands and ask questions. Come and support the three men who have volunteered to give their time and serve the community. The previously scheduled Meet the Candidates on September 29th at Ironwood has been cancelled.

ALC HAS MOVED
The ALC office has a new home. They are located in what used to be the Patrol Office. Even if you are not doing anything to the outside of your home and need a permit, stop in and say hello!

Rainy Days...Weedy Yards
Remember... weeds are opportunists that take root wherever they can find the space and catch a few rays of sunshine. We, as homeowners, must take the opportunity to do everything we can to see that none of these pesky plants sprout on our property. Please survey your home surroundings in the next week and eliminate any weeds you find. The Architectural Landscape Department thanks you in advance for keeping our community looking beautiful.

DOGS IN COMMON AREAS

A friendly reminder that all dogs being walked in the common areas must be on a leash. This includes the grassy area outside the Glenburn Gate. It has been reported that some
homeowners
are turning their dogs loose to run in this area. Please refrain from this practice. Thank you.
