HALLEY FOUNTAIN

The high winds caused several pine cones to fall into the fountain and were lodged in the valve that returns water to the lake. As a consequence the water backed up and the fountain overflowed. The fountain was been drained in order to remove the pine cones. The Halley Fountain is back up and running.

 

PALMS PUMP STATION

The Palms Pump Station was hit by lightning during this morning's storm and is currently inoperable. In the meantime, the Sonoran pump station will be watering the Palms and Sonoran courses. We hope to have the Palms pump station repaired quickly as it will have to take over the watering of the Lakes course once construction begins on May 11th.

 

COOLER PROBLEMS

This past Friday a cooler at Oakwood went down and on Saturday the main cooler at Poolside went down. We were able to react quickly and transfer food so we did not have any spoilage. Both have been repaired and restaurant service hours were not affected.

 

UNIT 46 TREE 

With the storms that rolled through a tree came down in Unit 46. The tree and associated debris are being removed today. Street sweepers are also out today cleaning the streets from the storm.

COMPUTERS AT IRONWOOD                  

On Sunday, the computers at Ironwood went down.  They are now up and running.  Our IT Company is looking into what caused this and how to keep it from happening again. We apologize for inconvenience you may have experienced.

Here is our new meeting schedule, effective today.  All committee meetings will be scheduled on Tuesdays, BOD  meetings on Wednesdays and Staff/Advisory groups/sub groups on Thursdays and will be held in the library unless otherwise noted.
