Many thanks to the almost 2000 IronOaks residents who responded to the recent Amenities Usage Survey. The results of this survey are another tool to assist the HOA Board and the Management Team with decisions regarding amenities usage over the next year. The purpose of the survey was to obtain a sense of how many people use each amenity, and whether or not there are opportunities for re-purposing current amenities, combining something with an existing amenity, or adding new ones. An explanation of how one might look at the results along with a tally of the results is now on the IronOaks web site.  

The annual Homeowner Satisfaction Survey will be sent out in January.All IronOaks surveys, are conducted by volunteers on the Homeowner Feedback Sub-Committee of the Communications Committee. The only cost for conducting these surveys is for the paper to print the surveys that are made available for those who do not have computer access.

If you have a background in marketing research or other administration of quantitative surveys and would like to assist on the Homeowner Feedback Sub-Committee, please fill out a comment card and send it to the attention of the Communications Committee.
