THE FOOD AT THE OAKWOOD CLUB HOUSE HAS BEEN VERY GOOD. WE ATE THERE LAST WEEK WHEN THEY HAD SANDDABS. THEY WERE WONDERFUL!! WE HOPE YOU FIX THESE AGAIN. THE PASTA NIGHT WAS VERY GOOD AS WELL AS THE WALLEYE AND THE SALMON. I'M STILL NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE PRIME RIB, BUT THE FILET MIGNON WAS A PERFECT MEDIUM RARE.  THE WAITSTAFF HAS BEEN BETTER ABOUT CHECKING ON DRINK REFILLS TOO.

We could have saved a HUGE amount of dollars by having a much LIGHTER desert at the valentines party on Friday.  Not ONE person even had over one bite of that terribly heavy overly chocolatety rich desert .  Do mead to consider  that lighter is always better for desert.  such a waste...sad

Thank you for the feedback on the Valentine's Dessert.  Because chocolate is so associated with Valentine's Day, I supported Chef Mark in choosing the chocolate decadence cake.  Upon further discussion, we agree that we need to lay off the chocolate for our events and choose some more lighter options.  I hope you will see the changes at upcoming event.  Thank you again for your feedback and we look forward to seeing you at the club.
