DHTZ's key project, the four industrial office buildings of Dalian Tiandi Software Park recently were awarded by U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) with LEED CS Gold and Silver certification. This is also the first project in Dalian that gets this honor. On the morning of November 22, 2012, LEED certification unveiling ceremony was held in the Jinhuai Hall of Tiandi Software Park. As a third-party assessment initiated by the U.S. Green Building Council, LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) leaders) is the internationally recognized most complete, the most influential assessment system. Currently, DHTZ has more than 130,000 talents in different industries and a software talents pool of more than 10 million people. 30 talents were selected into the "Thousands talents plan", 26 of them was listed into the oversea-return entrepreneur plan. There are hundreds of excellent experts and more than 1,800 overseas talents. Up to now, it has issued a monetary reward of 360 million yuan, and there are also various types of subsidies benefiting more than 40,000 people. What's more, each year DHTZ will spend financial investment of more than 1000 million to promote the government's public training, support enterprises to develop internal training, overseas training, college students training, and certification-focused training.

 

DHTZ 80 Million yuan Reward for Senior Software Talents
Recently, the 80 million yuan software talent incentive fund has been distributed to 9,907 leading talents. Software and services outsourcing is the leading industry in DHTZ, and each year DHTZ will allocate tens of millions of dollars to award software and service outsourcing talent. Till now 440 million yuan has been sent out which benefit of a number of nearly 50,000 talents.
DHTZ Merge and Acquisition Project is the Catalyst for Companies to Become Bigger and Stronger
In recent years, considering the unique characteristic of DHTZ enterprises, Merge and Acquisition promoted by DHTZ has been a catalyst for companies to become bigger and stronger. In these four years, the Merge and Acquisition project has helped Neusoft, DHC, Yida, Yingji and HiSoft nearly 10 companies successfully completed nearly 30 times outside the province or overseas mergers and acquisitions, with a total amount of more than 300 million yuan. Whether it is in the acquisitions amount or the number of cases, DHTZ is an absolute lead thanks to the Merge and Acquisition project. In early 2012, the Dalian Roiland Technoloy in less than two months' time, acquired Beijing Runlin car and the Shanghai Runlin, then with the smooth progress of the joint-stock reform, it become a capable leader in the industry and to be listed. A Roiland leader admitted that Merge and Acquisition promoted by DHTZ has helped them find a shortcut to become bigger and stronger.

DHTZ Issued "Expand the Export Policy"

DHTZ "Expand the Export Policy" explanation meeting organized by investment promotion bureau was held on September 25 in the CMC. Related personnel in charge of finance and customs brokers from 100 export enterprises attended the meeting. This special fund will come to different support considering customs statistics, export data, the type of export products. It is estimated that more than one hundred companies will benefit from it. The companies presented said that they feel overwhelmed by the introduction of this policy which can help to reduce the cost of exports, to ease the pressure of the operators and this will further enhance the international competitive advantage for enterprises in DHTZ.

Broaden the Way of Foreign Exchange - DHTZ Investment Promotion Bureau Launched the APEC Business Travel Card
As the only self-custody public passports unit in Dalian, DHTZ Investment Promotion Bureau has seen the biggest volume overseas business, and has processed a biggest number of APEC Business Travel Card application. There are 18 private enterprises and 25 individuals applied for this card. Investment Promotion Bureau is also responsible for related procedures for the non-public officers to Taiwan business visit and trade exchanges and issuing invitation. It also helps with foreign experts' visit to Dalian.

The APEC Business Travel Card is a business travel document designed to facilitate APEC economy exchanges. It is valid for three years. The cardholder can be exempt from the visa and have directly access to 15 APEC member organizations, including Japan, Korea, Australia and other countries, and for each entry you can stay up to two months.
