Confused by Keystone EIT Collections Letter?
Call Before you Pay
Some residents have received a letter from Keystone Collections regarding delinquent Earned Income Tax payments. These letters were generated when there was either a discrepancy in earnings reported to Keystone by the PA Revenue Department compared to local reported earnings information or when a taxpayer moved and listed the wrong residency for any tax year.
If you received a letter, please contact Keystone Collections Agency directly at their toll free number 866-539-1100 or online at www.KeystoneCollects.com (click the "Contact Us" link). If you have moved, contact the Taxpayer Assistance Line at 866-539-1100 to update your address.

BOWMA Seeks More Volunteer Properties
To Reduce Deer Population
According to an annual agreement with the Big Oak Whitetail Management Association recently approved for the 3rd year, hunters trained with bows and arrows will work beginning this fall on Township property to reduce the Township's deer population. The next season runs from September 19, 2015 to January 23, 2016.
BOWMA's volunteers last season removed 61 deer in Upper Makefield Township and a total of 105 deer from both Upper Makefield and Lower Makefield Townships.
Before the season begins, BOWMA seeks property owners who are willing to have their property evaluated for deer management service. Learn more online.
This program runs free of charge from BOWMA, and incurs minimal administrative costs to the Township.
