FAWCO Nominating Committee is accepting nominations for 2015-2017 FAWCO Board!

The FAWCO Nominating Committee is accepting applications for the 2015-2017 FAWCO Board. We are soliciting applications and nominations for FAWCO President, 1st Vice President (Communications), 2nd Vice President (Member Clubs), 3rd Vice President (Committees and Task Forces), Secretary, and Treasurer. Descriptions of FAWCO officer  roles and responsibilities can be found in the FAWCO Administrative Guidelines http://www.fawco.org/images/stories/aboutfawco/FINAL_AGs_Nov2103.pdf  and the Personal History Form (Application Form) can be found at http://www.fawco.org/home/administration/admin-documents.   Feel free to nominate yourself or contact us if you know a member who is a qualified candidate.
Deadline for nominations for the 2015-2017 FAWCO Board is June 30, 2014.

The FAWCO Foundation Nominating Committee is accepting nominations for the 2015-2017 term.

The positions available are President, Vice-President for Communications, Vice President for Programs, Vice President for Fundraising, Secretary and Treasurer. To be eligible, candidates for President and Vice-President for Communications must be U.S. citizens residing outside of the United States and be members in good standing of a FAWCO Member Club. Candidates for Secretary and Treasurer may belong to FAWCO or FAUSA (FAWCO Alumnae USA), and they must have been a member of a FAWCO Member Club while residing abroad.
The slate of nominees for the positions of President, Vice President for Communications, Secretary and Treasurer will be presented at the FAWCO Biennial Conference in Rome, March 2015, and voted on by the FAWCO Member Club delegates present.  Note that the Vice Presidents for Programs and for Fundraising are elected by the outgoing Foundation Board of Directors, but the nominating process is the same.

Do not miss this opportunity to participate in  the creation of The Foundation's exciting fundraising activities and in the administration of those funds.

 New Administrator for Development Grants   

 

 

Mary Adams- ANCOR 

 

Mary has been a management consultant since 1988. Mary's field of interest has been in the Oil & Gas industry, traveling all over the world  to help clients develop strategies to succeed in a dynamic work environment through improved communication,  marketing, sales and vendor management. In 2000, she moved from Houston, Texas to Paris, France. In 2002, she moved to Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Mary joined the American Netherlands Club of Rotterdam (ANCOR) in 2012 as FAWCO representative. Her first contact with Foundation was in 2013, when she wrote a development grant for ANCOR's charity, SPOSA Child, and met the Board at the FAWCO Bern conference. Mary, her partner Jerry, and their wonder cat Hieronymus Bosch, live together in Capelle aan den Ijssel.
