The official day to remember St. Francis is on October 4th.  At St. Luke's we will celebrate St. Francis on Sunday, October 6th, with a blessing of the animals and our pets at the 10 am service.  Yes, this Sunday you may bring your pet to church with you and receive a special blessing.  (your camel may have to stay parked outside! )  The readings for Sunday will be a service of thanksgiving for all creation.
