Empowering youth leaders and supporting social justice is focus of new grant program at BCF

Casey Foundation developed the Youth Leadership for Change grant program, which provides youth opportunities to learn leadership skills while supporting social justice work. The Baltimore Business Journal recently tapped BCF's Cristina Lopez as a "face to watch" in 2016. For almost two years, Lopez has steered Baltimore's candidacy for Say Yes to Education, which would help students achieve high school graduation, and then attain and complete an affordable educational experience beyond high school.
