BCF Announces $6 Million Investment in Early Childhood Education Through Judy Centers
More than 250 people - live and streaming online - took in an event at Liberty Elementary Nov. 16 as BCF announced a $6 million contribution to the expansion of Judy Centers, releasing significant public funds to provide early childhood education and support services to 5,000 Baltimore City children and their families. It signaled an important step in better preparing children to succeed when they reach school age. 

BCF is Open Through Dec. 31 for Charitable Giving

BCF remains open and ready to assist donors with their charitable giving needs through the through the end of 2015. We will be closed only on the following dates: Dec. 25, and Jan. 1, 2016. The BCF Board of Trustees recently elected Drs. Lillian Bauder and Carla Hayden to its ranks. Bauder is an educational leader and retired corporate executive with extensive leadership in philanthropy, and Hayden is the current CEO of Enoch Pratt Free Library. Read more about them on our website
