How to print a signed, dated, or stamped document
Steve Helms, Greene County Circuit Clerk

Some attorneys have noticed that when they try and print a signed or dated document, even though the document is signed in the document viewer, it will print without the signature. The reason for this is document was originally put in the system without a signature or date; then upon review and acceptance by the court it was electronically signed.

If you encounter this problem all you need to do is make sure that your print settings are set to include "documents and markups" or a similar variation. This will ensure that the copies you print have any necessary signature and/or date.
