Wednesday SMBA Lunch: Intellectual Property AND E-filing Q & A with Judge Cordonnier and Steve Helms
March 20, 2013, 11:45, The Tower Club
The topic for Wednesday's lunch is Intellectual Property Law for the Non IP Lawyer, presented by Eugene Han. We will also be dedicating a portion of the lunch program to eFiling. As of April 1, 2013 you will ONLY be able to electronically file your civil case in Greene County. To help ease that transition, Judge Cordonnier and Steve Helms will be available to address your specific questions on Greene County eFiling.
Register here or call the SMBA office 417 831-2783.
eFiling FAQs: Paying Filing Fees in Greene County
There are three payment options: credit/debit card, electronic check, or manual business check. The credit/debit card and electronic check will require a small convenience fee to be paid to a third party vendor. Instead of using the debit account system, Greene County will continue to accept payment of filing fees by manual/paper business check, cashiers check, or cash in our office (checks maybe mailed in).
Submitted cases will not be processed until any necessary fee has been received. The Circuit Clerk's office will hold any submitted filing for a three business day grace period before rejecting a submitted filing for non-payment.
Here are complete details on these payment options.
