Lenten Reconciliation Service
|
Join us on Tuesday, March 12, at 7:00 pm for a Communal Lenten Reconciliation Service in the church. Faith Formation students and teens will be participating. Several priests will be available for individual confession.
Part of celebrating the Sacrament of Reconciliation is to examine our conscience. The Examination of Conscience we'll be using is available here so you can reflect on it prior to coming to the service on Tuesday. We hope this will help you prepare.
Individual Reconciliation: every Saturday at 4:00 p.m. or by appointment.

Chrism Mass
|
Thursday, March 14, 7:00 p.m., Cathedral of Christ the Light
You are invited to come celebrate the annual Chrism Mass. This year's Mass, "Called to Bring Glad Tidings" will be a celebration of the variety of gifts the Diocese of Oakland has to offer. We are a diocese with rich ethnic traditions and culture; we are the young and the old alike together in prayer. Join with us as the sacred oils are blessed for the celebration of the sacraments, and the priests of the diocese recommit themselves to priestly ministry. It is the one time, each year, where the local church gathers as one family in faith to celebrate as one Church, called by Christ to know Christ and make Him better known!
