Barbara Isaacs (Full Elder) to Retirement from Extension Ministry with the General Commission on Religion and Race. Barbara has served in the conference since 1977 when she transferred from Kansas West. She offered pastoral leadership to Canton, Albany, Rockford: Court Street, served as a Chaplin at North Central College, Director of Campus Ministry for the General Board of Higher Education and Ministry, Chaplin for the General Board of Pensions, pastor at Mt. Prospect: Trinity and staff of the General Commission on Religion and Race. Barbara's retirement will be effective September 1, 2013.
