On Saturday, October 20, is a great opportunity for Youth to be in mission, meet Youth in the Conference, and celebrate mission together.  

Featured Speaker: Joe Kim, Children's Rights Advocate of the General Board of Church and Society.

9:30am - 3:30pm. $5 donation per attendee is requested, for those who are able to give.

Laity Sunday - October 21

This year's theme is "Disciples Transforming the World through Service and Witness."  This theme is exciting because it's exactly what we are called to do, to witness to the world as we fulfill our call to be Christ-like in these difficult economic times.

Come and worship at one of the new faith communities and make a connection with the newest members of the conference. 

We are encouraging each church to send two members to worship at one of the new faith communities, and then share their experience with their home church.

wicker park Chopin Theatre in Chicago was packed with over 140 folks as Urban Village Church launched its fourth site in Wicker Park last Sunday morning. All are encouraged to check them out and invite a friend.
