The BTPC Session is excited to implement this new outreach opportunity that focuses on volunteers from the congregation mentoring local school children in need during the school day. KIDS HOPE USA Regional Executive Director for Texas, Lisa Cook, will be at BTPC during worship on this Sunday, August 16 to discuss this program.   She will share during the Moment for Mission and answer questions during a short informational session immediately following worship service.
 
We are looking for members from BTPC that are willing to volunteer one hour a week to mentor one student throughout the school year.

ONLINE GIVING IS HERE
 
Online Giving is designed for those who wish to give an offering to BTPC without the hassle of writing a check each time you give.  It also works for those who want to give but are either out of town or cannot attend worship.  It is available for pledged or non-pledged giving.
 

 

COMMUNICATIONS MINISTRY TEAM
 
The Communications Ministry Team needs your help! We are asking everyone to share their BTPC experiences by answering one or more of the below questions. The Communications Ministry Team plans to include the replies as "Quotes from BTPC Members" in publications such as Visitor Welcome Brochure, New Member Information, Stewardship Communications, BTPC Website, etc.
  1. What favorite activity have you done at or through BTPC?
  2. In whom have you seen God at work and why?
  3. What encounter with God has been the most surprising for you?
