This Sunday, Jan. 5, 2014, please consider giving to the special PC(USA) Christmas Joy Offering that supports students, & retired pastors & educators, & their families.

SPUDS, SALADS AND SMILES
SPUDS, SALADS & SMILES

January 8, at 11:30 a.m.,come join friends for lunch, fellowship and a terrific program. Jim Gatewood Dallas historian laureate and founder of the Dallas County Assassination Review Board will deliver an account of what has been reported to the review board concerning the Kennedy assassination.

CREATIVE ARTS CORNER

Have you made a New Year's Resolution to try a new hobby; knitting, crocheting, jewelry making, maybe painting? Each Friday from 10:00 a.m. - noon, a group of hobbyists meet in Prichard Hall for a quiet, creative morning. A participant recently thanked Senior Ministry for providing her "with such a creative, relaxing and fun fellowship Friday". Come join us for a time away from phones, doorbells and computers. If you are interested, please call Pat Covert, 972-931-0566.

NURSERY VOLUNTEERS

A new opportunity to serve BTPC in 2014!

Please prayerfully consider being a nursery volunteer attendant. We need BTPC family members and friends (age 16 and above) to join Sandy Scharett and help in the nursery. You will get to share your time, talents, and love for the Lord with the youngest children of our congregation. Smiles and heartwarming experiences are guaranteed! You may sign up for 90 minute shifts 8:45-10:15 or 10:15-11:45, or for a whole morning, if that works better for you. Background checks and a short training session are required for each volunteer. Contact Blake Stephens or CE Elders, Lissa Dallas or Ruth Marie Rohloff, for more information. Thank you for sharing your enthusiasm with the children of BTPC.
