This Sunday's Topic: Grace & Grit: A Mother's Legacy

Mother's Day honors all women who are mothers. This holiday recognizes the gifts and sacrifices mothers make. It is celebrated on the 2nd Sunday in May each year because it's founder, Anna Jarvis, in 1908 wanted to honor her own mother, also named Anna Jarvis, a tireless community organizer.

Rev. Marilyn Miller "Holidays & Heroes"

Eclipsed for centuries, the feminine face of the Divine emerges in the 21st century as the world community expands its consciousness toward sustainability.

Dr. Holmes often referred to Mother-Father God acknowledging the androgynous nature of the Divine. Native Americans refer to Mother Earth and Father Sky as the divine union necessary to sustain life. This Sunday we'll explore the role of the Great MA (Original Hindu word for feminine face of God) in the evolution of our spiritual growth.
