Spring's rebirth is a process of beginnings and endings. One flower blooms; another dies. One crop is harvested; the next is sown. Humans also regenerate. We wake, sleep, and then sleep again.

After periods of intense work, we rest, exercise and party. No one can keep up constant activity without penalty. We must rest and recreate to resurrect spirit and body. Jesus spent only three days in the tomb.

Sometimes, we can feel we won't recover from life's trials, but Easter's three -day interval, from death to rebirth, shows us we all have the ability to regenerate and overcome. Today's Easter symbols of eggs and rabbits come to us from the ancient Goddess traditions as symbols of fertility and new life.

Rev. Geri Woodson announces a wonderful new curricula, "Dream A World," developed by a Religious Science Practitioner. Each Sunday young people will enjoy multi-cultural stories, prayers, meditations, and crafts. They will learn that LOVE is the guiding force in their lives. All youngsters ages 4-11 years of age are welcome from 10:30-11:30 a.m.
