 |  Joyce Huntington, was born in Seattle, WA, but spent most of her formative years in the desert southwest, where as a precocious, dance-obsessed child, she faced a near-death bout with polio. No longer able to dance, her creative spirit found new expression in painting. For the past decade she has devoted herself to painting only what she sees in meditation. She and her husband, Gerry Stanek, own and operate Frameworks of Ojai. |
Many thanks to the thirty people who shared their ideas to help build the Beloved Community at our Spiritual Living Center. Many excellent ideas were suggested and the Team Captains and individual Teams will meet in the next few weeks. Remember, it's not too late to join a team if you were not there Sunday, just call the Captain of the Team you would like to participate in. BUSINESS SUPPORT GROUP led by Dr. Lisa Love, Owner of Personal Retreats, will facilitate a discussion for business owners in Ojai and those planning to start a business here. Dr. Love, author of "Beyond the Secret," is an expert on the successful use of the Law of Attraction.
Rev. Marilyn Miller and Rev. Susan Burrell are traveling to Napa Valley, California to attend the annual Minister's Convocation this week. They are excited to return home and share new ideas and practices to help build our Science of Mind Community.
Rev. Marilyn will make a presentation to the ministers about the World Ministry of Prayer for all Centers for Spiritual Living internationally. She has been a member of the Strategic Planning Alliance for this FREE Prayer Service which has been in continuous operation since 1927.
