Since our last blog the word that has come to me in so many different ways is COURAGE; courage to step out of the known into the unknown, courage to enlarge my territory, courage to leave what is familiar so that I may serve on a whole new level.  If you haven't heard, recently I really had to find courage as I closed the doors of my nonprofit, my baby, my life's work for the last 20 years.  The hardest thing was really finding the nerve to leave that work to be able to serve powerfully on a whole new level.  A level that is so much bigger and which, quite frankly, scares me!  However to stay where I was would mean no growth, however to do it afraid is a call to be bold, courageous and audacious as I smile in the face of fear in order to do what I know I need to do to grow and increase ME.  This thing called fear is something we all experience anytime we are doing something bigger than we have ever done before.  As a matter of fact, having to find courage in the face of fear truly makes me think of Esther as we follow her story through our time together this year.  As we all work toward getting to our
