"I LOVE this truffle honey. The aroma that fills the air when you first open the bottle entices you to use it on everything on site! I have served it many different ways: with manchego cheese, dates and honey drizzled over the cheese; as part of marinade for roast chicken; on a baguette with goat cheese...drizzle to your hearts content...I had people over for dinner and I served it as dessert, chunks of parmigiano cheese drizzled with this and fresh raspberries..." - Carmen
"Some folks love anchovies, some folks hate 'em. If you love anchovies, you gotta have this. Toss a bit of colatura in a bowl of spaghetti, drizzle with some very fresh and fruity olive oil - olio nuovo does the trick - and sprinkle with freshly ground mixed peppercorns and a squeeze of lemon. Pour a glass of chilled Soave. Die and go to heaven." - Chambolle
"This unique ingredient is very versatile and delicious! I find something different to do with it every day. I have drizzled it over crostini topped with fresh ricotta and added it to salad dressings. It livens up those old recipes - arugula, pear and blue cheese salad drizzled with the conserve tastes bright and new. It's a real winner to perk up desserts. Rhubarb tart, vanilla ice cream and a magic drizzle. Yum!" - Rosalie

"I love using this juice in salad dressings, beverages, dipping sauces, anything that wants a bit of citrus. It definately tastes like citrus, but not one the western palate can easily identify. It is somehow more mellow than either lime or lemon juice, and has a sort of floral element that is delightful." - Charlotte
"This is the best espresso powder I've ever tried. I use it in my brownies, cakes, cookies and frostings and always get compliments on the flavor. It dissolves easily and mixes well in powdered sugar for a wonderful chocolate/espresso frosting. I order two jars at a time as I use it so frequently and living in small town I'm unable to buy it in the local grocery store. I always keep a jar in my pantry, one of my must have items!" - Lynn
