REFUNDS NOW AVAILABLE FOR
PAST & CURRENT VERIZON USERS!
Dear Mayors and Village Officials,
PhoneReview has just alerted us to a time-sensitive service they're offering until NOVEMBER 15
that can potentially provide your village with substantial savings on current phone bills and reimburse you for past bills! Here's how it works:
All Verizon users---both current and former---are eligible for a refund under a Class Action Settlement with Verizon. This settlement allows for full compensation for any third party services billed on your Verizon account. These charges are also known as "crams." An audit will be done on past and current
telephone accounts to determine if a village is eligible for a refund. The refund period runs from April of 2005 through February of 2012.
PhoneReview will handle all of the investigation and summary reports, and file a petition on your behalf.
The fee is 50% of any refund PhoneReview obtains for you and it is not billed until after you have received your refund. You have absolutely nothing to lose! Remember that this is valid even if you are no longer a Verizon customer.
ALL REQUESTS FOR COMPENSATION MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO 11/15/12 OR YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ELIGIBLE. PhoneReview can also look at all of your other utility accounts for over billings and go back historically to obtain refunds at any time, but requests for assessing your phone charges can only be made up until November 15.
In business since 1981 and well-respected in the industry, PhoneReview has a strong history of working with municipalities in Suffolk County including the County of Suffolk, Town of Islip, Town of Southampton, Town of Riverhead, and Town of Southold.
The refund process for the villages is simple. Just contact John Coyne at 516-403-1204 and he will assist you. We highly recommend that you investigate this cost saving opportunity for your village.
Sincerely,
Peter T. Imbert
