We have two options available for our members who would like to update their professional portraits:
 
Anthony Barbacane Photography
-Anthony Barbacane will be coming to our Association on Thursday, October 1st from 1:30pm until 4:30pm. Price is $69.95 and includes one sitting session and one professionally touched-up photo in print-ready and web-ready versions. Appointments are limited. PGPCNP Studio
If you are not able to come in on October 1st with Anthony Barbacane, you may also schedule an appointment with our Association's own in-house studio. The studio is open weekly, but appointments are required. Price is $50 and includes one sitting session, 10 proofs, and one professionally touched-up photo in print-ready and web-ready versions. For $5 extra, the Association can also upload your photo to your MLS profile. To schedule an appointment, please contact Simone Petche at simone-petche@comcast.net



Safety First


Staying safe means being prepared before, during and after meeting with customers. Before a showing, get the customer's driver ID and send that information, along with the property address, to your office or a buddy. During the showing, if something doesn't feel right, trust your instincts and use any excuse to get away. Also, don't give out personal information. Instead, use your cell phone and business address. Benefits Back Pack Kidz

October 19th, 6:00pm - 8:00pm
Location: Visani's Restaurant

PGPCNP will be hosting "Comedy Night", a fundraiser event to benefit Back Pack Kidz. It will be held on October 19, 2015 at 6:00pm at Visani's Restaurant. Back Pack Kidz is an organization made up entirely of volunteers, committed to helping children whose needs slip "under the radar" of other worthy efforts. All proceeds from this night's event will be going to Back Pack Kidz. 

 

Purchasing tickets

Tickets are $40 per person and includes the entertainment of one of Visani's featured stand-up comedians. Cost also covers dinner, which includes house salad, choice of Chicken Marsala or Eggplant Parmagiana, dessert and coffee/tea/soda. It is very important that you keep all your continuing education letters to validate your coursework. These letters will tell you the course names and how many credits you received. If the credits did not get transmitted to DBPR, you will be able to use them to verify your attendance.

Association members have the opportunity to take advantage of the benefits of caravans in North Port, Punta Gorda, and Port Charlotte. Caravans help listing agents obtain property feedback, buyer agents can see what is going on in the market and all agents gain valuable networking relationships and experience.
