Congratulations to our sales leaders for the month of October. Ginny and Ernie Pohl took top honors with over $548,000.00 in a single month, a record month for them and a true testament to their hard work and dedication to themselves and our industry.

Cathy Rossner continues to amaze us with steady growth and months in excess of $100,000.00, this month toping the $138,000.00 mark, nearing the $1 Million Dollar Sales Achievement. Cindy Hite continues to re-define her account base and broke $93,000.00 in October. Great work by everyone on our Team!

Jo Puckett was charged up this week with her order for her large Energy Client. They selected one of her many suggestions for 1100 75 Piece Safety Kits from Superex, ASI 90231, item 97-004U. Her project was worth a cool $26,000.00 and will be used as part of their "Target Zero" safety awards.

Peggy Johns - Check out this super order from Peggy's Large Beer Maker, one of the largest in the world. The order is for 600 GR4500 Back Pack Coolers from Logo Mark totaling over $12,000.00. I asked Peggy to share information about the order and here was her response when I asked how the product was to be used.

Sent a few ideas to the client for an employee Christmas gift about a month ago. Then she received the email that Proforma sends out each month and loved the backpack coolers from Logomark. Resulted in a $12,000 sale!

Note, Peggy is referring to the FREE emailing campaign that Proforma offers all of our sales executives that gets sent to her client's monthly. One happened to offer "holiday gift" selections. As you can see, it worked like a charm. That email put Peggy in the right spot at the right time with the right idea!

Lisa Gilreath, is another big advocate of the "free newsletter" campaigns. She has told me on several occasions that she has different clients call her every month just after receiving their email blast. This week Lisa landed a custom "Sun Glass" package order worth over $21,000.00 for 125 sets. From Maui Jim for an event in Marina Del Ray California for her large Property Management Company.

Cathy Rossner, came up with a very creative solution for her large digital branding company worth over $8,000.00 using her printer, Pacful of Redwood California.

"This is YuMe's annual holiday gift mailing. They create the design for a custom mailer and provide us with gift cards from Tis Best.  We are having our printer (Pacful) print the pieces, grommet them together and attach the gift cards.  Each piece is inserted into a pre-addressed envelope and drop shipped.  The gift cards can be redeemed to make a $50 donation to the charity of their choice."
