April turned out to be another record sales month with $2.7 Million in sales at 39% gross profit. Our sales leaders for the month experienced extraordinary sales with our leaders nearly breaking the $300,000.00 mark. Congratulations to our monthly leader Lynn Nativo, who has nurtured her largest account into a near Million dollar opportunity. April was just the beginning for Lynn at $280,392.00. A very close second is Jeff Sheeks of the "S" group, our latest addition from Akron, Ohio. Jeff and his family and his sales team have been in the industry for over 30 years. Jeff is enjoying the chance to spend most of his time selling now that he has joined up with us. Our perennial leader, Cindy Hite is back in the mix with a superb month at $190,974.00 with much more to come. Rounding out the top 5 is Bob Aronesty at $151,084.00 and Faye B's Reminders at $91,057.00. All had awesome months and should be congratulated by all.

Angie Lewis' Client Makes the News with Clear Backpacks

Look who made the news: Angie Lewis had a client with a serious problem and was looking for the perfect solution. Check out her story and how this gave her client the opportunity to get some outstanding coverage on the local news.

You may remember about a month ago, there was a school stabbing at Franklin Regional High School where one of the students stabbed 21 students and a security officer and it made national news.  The local car dealership #1 Cochran decided that they wanted to donate 'clear' backpacks to the High School so that nothing like this ever happened again.  

 

I have to tell you we never would've gotten this order if it weren't for Rachel  (who is Awesome!), and her continued search for the perfect bag!   Gemline ended up having this backpack and we secured the order for 1,500 bags (over $11,000 order) with the words FR STRONG...based on the Boston Strong saying.   The school district wouldn't allow #1 Cochran to put their name on this due to school policy, so they did one better - they called up the local TV station to cover them loading up the boxes and delivering them. After this aired, my client has contacted all the other school districts in the area and we are hoping to have more orders soon.  

 

The best part is Angie had her Account Executive Rachel Schmitz in our office help her find that perfect solution. We turned to our trusted PLP GEMLINE.
