I hope everyone enjoyed their Good Friday and Easter weekend, the Christian celebration of fertility and resurrection. Happy Passover as our Jewish friends celebrate the liberation of the Jews from slavery over 3300 years ago. We wish you all health and happiness and great times with your family and friends.

As you know, we were closed Friday to give our employees the opportunity to spend more time with their families. We believe our employees work very hard all year and whenever it is possible we give them a chance to unwind and regenerate; so they too will come back stronger and more prepared to face the daily "urgencies" and challenges inherent in any business but especially our industry where deadlines are the norm and every person who touches the order has to constantly prioritize a very unpredictable workload.

I think this is a great opportunity for me to express my sincere thanks to all of our employees who are so dedicated to serving our sales reps and their customers. Every person in our company has an impact on the lives of so many each and every day making sure orders are delivered on time and resolving any glitches that happen along the way, often seamlessly to our sales reps and their customers.

We appreciate your business and never take you all for granted.
