July was a robust month with over 1.8 million in sales and a 32.6% increase over last July. Over half of our reps did over $20,000.00 for the month with the highest booking belonging to Cindy Hite at $76,658.00, making this the most "diverse month" of sales activity on record with the vast majority of our reps growing their business over last year. We are looking forward to an equally robust fall with industry sales climbing over 5%, approaching the 19.8 Billion Mark set back in 2008. This means the industry has totally recovered from both the recession and losing a significant amount of business when the Pharma industry pulled the plug on all promotional spending. We have been in a great position to grow as many of our reps have taken advantage of the "activities that lead to sales" and the tools available which explains why our reps can grow their sales significantly faster than the rest of the industry.

Year to Date Sales Leaders
| Cindy Hite leads the company at $783,000 on her way to another Million Dollar Year. Faye B's Reminders are up over 18% for the year to $602,000.00 while maintaining the lead in year to date profit as well. Congratulations to Cathy Rossner, who is growing at an awesome pace over 33% ahead of last year, not an easy feat considering last year was also a record year for her at $476,453.00. The 1 Million mark is not out of reach for her as well. Irv and Myrna Russotto are growing at a 26% pace breaking the $393,000 mark through July, the earliest they have hit that mark for as long as they have been in the industry.

| Over 30 reps decided to give themselves a "raise" this year with a record number of "Year to Date" Performance leaders breaking the 40% Gross profit barrier. This proves that customers truly appreciate the value our sales team brings to them each and every day. News from Hub Pen
We made a significant investment in the future on August 1 with the launch of our new ERP system. This ERP system will provide for better order tracking, analysis and smoother order processing, in essence, it will make us a better supplier partner for you now and for many years to come. During the launch on August 1 and 2, we were required to close our factory so that orders currently in our system could be manually transferred to the new software system. We sincerely apologize if you experienced any delays to orders as a result of this transition.
We have added staff in all departments to assist in making this transition as smooth as possible. Our top priority is providing you, our customers, with the excellent service you have come to expect from Hub Pen.
Therefore, we wanted to inform you of adjustments to our production schedule. They are as follows:
We are temporarily suspending 24 hour rush service until September 27, 2013. Normal production time is now 9 days on all screen printed orders until September 27, 2013. Normal production time on all laser engraved orders will continue to ship in 5 days.
