The School has redesigned our summer correspondences with our families. Instead of receiving static PDF documents attached to each mailing, this summer families will receive instructions on how to access forms through the website. You will receive two emails--one in late June and another in early August.

Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to all required forms and their deadlines. Please note that this Bulletin includes family contact information that requires updating and a reminder about Magnus Health. Finally, the most recent calendar for 2016-2017 is included. Please refer to this edition of the calendar when making family plans for the upcoming school year. Thank you, and once again, warm wishes for a wonderful summer with your children.

Summer Information

Please read the all-school news and all sections of this Bulletin pertinent to your child's grade. Important deadline-related summer information is included.

Summer Forms

In late June, online forms related to the following will be sent to families:

* iPad Acceptable Use & Information

* Field Trip Authorization

* Bus Transportation Agreement

* Insurance Waiver for Athletes

* Grandparents' & Special Friends's Day Invitation Request

In August, families will be sent the following forms:

* Letter from the Head of School introducing new faculty and staff

* Lower School homeroom lists, grade letters, and other general information

* Extended Day Sign-Up forms (All students are guaranteed a spot in Extended Day.)

* Music Lesson Forms

* PA Information

* Tutoring forms will be sent out in September

Contact Information Confirmation - Due Today!

Pre-K to grade 11 families, please confirm your contact information online.

Step by step:

1. Navigate to www.brimmer.org

2. Click the Brimmer and May Community Login link in top, left corner

3. Enter your credentials (or select first time login if you have never entered the website before)

4. Click the "Grades & Attendance" link under the "Personal Information & Grades" heading in the right column

5. Click on the "Household" link in the left column.

This shows your family's demographic information. Please take this opportunity to check and update your family's data on each tab, paying special attention to the information needed for "Emergency." This section contains fields for two contacts, with "phone" and "email" for each.

**Please note that Parent B's email address will be printed in the School's Community Directory. Additional email addresses are necessary for each parent/guardian who wishes to log-in to the School's systems to access grades etc.
