Here's a little info about coverage for:
Mechanical Breakdown - covers accidents to key household equipment such as heating and air conditioning units and water heaters.
Sewer Back-up and Sump Pump Overflow Coverage - pays for damage to your finished basement caused by water or waterborne material which backs up through a sewer, drain or overflow or is discharged from a sump pump overflow.
Utility Lines (service line coverage) - provides payment for physical damage to covered service lines. Covered service lines are the underground piping or wiring located on your property, for which you are legally liable for repair or replacement.
Identity Theft - pays benefits for costs and expenses associated with efforts to correct and improve the effects and results of identity theft of the insured.
