Ability Now Celebrates New Name, New Direction        

Ability Now celebrated our new name and planned expansion to the Tri-valley with a community outreach event on Saturday, May 7th. Over 100 family and community members enjoyed the rainy afternoon with hors d'oeuvres, wine and wine tasting from Rosenblum Cellars, beer from Alameda Brewing Company and music from Tracy Blackman.

Ability Now Becomes Media Partner with Disability Visibility Project
 

Ability Now is proud to become a Media Partner of the Disability Visibility Project (DVP), an online community dedicated to recording and sharing disability stories, and aims to collect the diverse voices of people in the disability community and preserve their history for all. The DVP is a community partner with StoryCorps, a national oral history organization. Read more.
