This has been a month of letting go. Many endings and deaths, but with that of course comes renewal and rebirth. Watching death close up makes you want to do one thing and one thing only . . . live. To live fully and passionately. What are we waiting for? The mate, the job, the house, the outfit? Forget all that and start to eat, drink, walk, work, create, ride horses, ride waves, play an instrument, start a garden, become a pilot, travel, get a dog, climb trees, paint, tell a story, wear a hat, and most importantly love those around you, even ones you don't know all that well. Albert Einstein said it best: "A human being is a part of the whole . . . he experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings, as something separated from the rest, a kind of optical delusion of . . . consciousness. this kind of delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us."
This week we meet with the heavenly Kundalini Katie, and the environmental savvy Priscilla Woolworth. I am also so grateful to be on my lovely friend Jenni Kayne's blog Rip & Tan. Her site is full of stylish tips and resources. Until next time . . . Sat Nam . . . may you live in truth.
