Our  Urban Forest
and your trees

Tulsa is part of Oklahoma's Green Country.  The Tulsa area has many types of trees, great topography, water features & diverse wildlife brought on by or wooded areas.  Through the devastating 2007 Ice Storm & recently the last two summers of drought and heat, our forests have taken quite a hit.  Come learn about Tulsa's Urban Forest and how your yards are part of this network of trees and wildlife.  Mike Perkins, City of Tulsa's Urban Forester, will be our guest speaker and will also share tips on how you can take care of your trees this winter at Sutstainable Tulsa's next First Thursdays! Join us.
