The Avery gazebo is refurbished and dedicated to longtime Avery volunteer Margareth Merrill.
Mother and Father Christmas grace the Avery House Holiday Open House.
Visitors can tour the 1883 Water Works on the 2nd Saturday of May-Oct.
Tea on the Avery Lawn is a Fort Collins favorite.
Weddings on the Avery lawn are a community tradition.
