Accredited Businesses have promised to abide by BBB's Code of Business Practices, which stresses honesty in advertising, transparency, honoring promises and integrity, among other trustworthy values.

BBB warns consumers about Jeffrey Robert Simbric, an Arizona businessman who pleaded guilty to criminal charges involving a roofing company in that state. Simbric started operating SFG Roofing in the St. Louis area after he was indicted in Arizona.
