Leadership Institute Presented by Prime Time Palm Beach County

COST: Early Bird Registration - $450.00 (Before March 21, 2016)
Regular Registration - $500.00 (After March 21, 2016)

Registration includes Leadership Institute workshops, materials, meals and one-night hotel accommodation.

Prime Time Palm Beach County will host its 2016 Leadership Institute for out-of-school (OST) time colleagues near and far to explore the inner workings of Prime Time's effective out-of-school time intermediary model.  The Leadership Institute will feature robust workshops, explore strategies for connecting OST professionals with vital resources to ensure high-quality afterschool and summer programs for children and youth.  Facilitated by Prime Time staff and its local and national partners, intimate group sessions will focus on the various components of Prime Time's approach to fostering high-quality services in OST programs.  These components include a formal quality improvement system, professional development and community engagement and supports - all quantified through research and evaluation.
