The Power of Habit
by Charles Duhigg

This engaging book supports the adage that as humans, we are all creatures of habit. Author Charles Duhigg shares the latest research in neurology and psychology that pinpoint why habits are so essential to our daily lives.   I enjoyed reading this book because he demonstrates how individuals and corporations have discovered the power of habit and have been transformed.   If you ever wondered why it's so difficult to change a bad habit this book is for you.   He makes the science behind our habits understandable and the stories he shares are captivating.   If you want to understand why our habits shape our daily lives, read this book.
