Rally Day & Faith Fair are here!

Rally Day, Sunday, August 28
All children and youth will report to their new classes to kick off the new school year. While our children and youth get settled in their new classes, all parents are asked to report to the sanctuary for a presentation of the year's curriculum, ways and means to become involved, and how to stay in the loop about Children's and Youth Ministry at JIPC. Sunday School Teachers will be recognized and commissioned during the 11:00 worship service that day.

Wednesday Women's Bible Study
The Book of James, led by Beth Moore
begins September 7, 2016

Back by popular demand, we will take another look at this study of James. Last studied here in 2012, we all agree that God has something new to teach in every season of life. Those who participated in this study before are welcome to use their original book or buy a new one. And of course, we will be placing an order for first-time students. The class format will be a video presentation one week followed by member & book study the next week.

JIPC Youth present...

In lieu of the youth's annual hunger strike, our youth will be helping host the first annual School Spirit 5K Run/Walk for Niger on October 1st at 9:00am at JI County Park. This fundraiser 5K will benefit the Remember Niger Coalition's mission to provide quality educational opportunities in Niger by constructing a school in Niger!
The youth would like to encourage all church and community members to join in this family-friendly event. Registration is $25 and children 3 and under are free. Register online today at www.runforniger.org. Contact Allison Hubbard here to learn more ways to get involved.
