James Island Presbyterian Church
March 6, 2015
Greetings!

Cameron Smith wrote in last week's news, "throughout Lent, we are using Micah 6:8 as a framework to consider what it means to do that which God has declared good: doing justice, loving kindness and mercy, and walking humbly with our God. During worship on Sunday, we will continue our study as we look at Jesus' clarification of what it means to be a disciple: denying ourselves, taking up our crosses, and following Him." As part of our Lenten focus, we have asked various members of our congregation to present reflections from their lives that considers Micah 6:8. This Sunday, we start a new session of Inquirer Classes, sometimes referred to as New Member Classes. This series of 4 classes is for our visitors and guests wishing to know more about James Island Presbyterian Church. Those wishing to join may do so during worship on March 29. For more information, contact one of our membership elders: Chris Crane or Ann Carswell
