Is Internet Explorer Safe to Use? Recent vulnerability has been fixed
The recent security breach that affected all versions of Internet Explorer has been fixed as of May 1. Luckily for XP users, Microsoft also corrected the issue in that version of Windows despite their statement last month that they would no longer offer support for XP. The bottom line is that it should be safe to use any version of Internet Explorer. But don't expect Microsoft to correct any more issues on XP!
The vulnerability, known as Operation Clandestine Fox, was discovered on April 26 and allowed hackers who owned malicious websites to gain access to the the site visitor's computer if he or she was using Internet Explorer. The hacker could access any data saved on the visitor's computer or install malicious software.
For more information, you can visit Microsoft's info page on the vulnerability.

Meet Our Newest Addition, Paul Orzel
Vice President
At the beginning of last month, we welcomed Paul as our new Vice President.
"My role will involve both the daily management of the business as well as the marketing of our flagship product, Dynamo, to expand our customer base," Paul says of his new role.
Prior to his arrival at Excellware, Paul worked as Vice President of Operations at Dodd Camera, another terrific business headquartered in the Cleveland area, where he managed the business and opened new locations.
But now that he's here, Paul is looking forward to the personal growth he will achieve from working in a new industry. "It takes me out of my comfort zone and that's a good thing," Paul says. Despite that it is new territory for him, he mentions, "Having worked closely with Excellware from my seat at Dodd for many years now, I have always respected the professionalism of everyone here. It is a friendly, caring environment full of great coworkers. I'm excited and proud to work with every one of them."
Paul has been married to his wife Shelly for 17 years, and they have three sons whom he enjoys spending time outdoors with. Paul's other interests include photography, traveling, and hiking.
And how might you interact with Paul? "I'm here to help. Call me. Send an email to me. Engage me. I look forward to it," he says.
