*Spinach Salad with Quail, Blue Cheese, Apple, Toasted Pecans and Honey Sesame Dressing

*Grilled Beef Tenderloin and a Bacon wrapped Scallop served with a Saffron Sauce, French Green Beans and Potatoes Au gratin

*White Chocolate Cheese Cake with Macadamia Nut Crust
