Dear Low Down Listener,
  
When Ray Williams of Southport's The Wine Rack introduced the idea of a wine dinner featuring high end wines and gracefully prepared dishes by Chef Virginia Phipps-Fouch, I was excited for the opportunity to host an event that would give our guests an elevated culinary experience.
  
The wine dinner will be on Tuesday April 9 at 6:30 PM.  The menu and pairings are listed below and will cost $75.00 per person.  The cost does not include tax or gratuity.  Following the dinner you will have the opportunity to purchase these wines at an exclusive rate with Ray Williams of The Wine Rack.
