In business the most popular phrase for success is "Location, Location, Location!" In our case Mr. P's Bistro's location is defined more repeatedly as "Across from the Southport Water Tower." Recently several business owners in the Water Tower area met and decided to coin the blocks around the City Icon the "Southport's Water Tower Distict." Look for more information and news from the Water Tower District in future emails.

The big screen! How awesome to

have our community front and center in a light that it truely deserves.   

 

 

 Spring is on its way and with the change in the season comes delicious items to the plate at Mr. P's.  As the red buds are on the trees the nets go out to catch shad.  Reports have been made that shad roe should be available by the first of March.  Stay tuned to more updates on the availability of seasonal low country cuisine. 

 

Mr. P's Bistro will participating in The Coastal Consumer Showcase on March 7th.  From 4:00pm-7:30pm at the St. James Community Center the Showcase will be highlighting local goods and services. Chef Steve will be there to share his local favorite backfin crabdip and willSteamed Topsails be happy to answer your culinary questions.  

 

 

 Local oyster Season ends March 15.

Come on in soon to get Local Topsail Sound Oysters before it is too late.
