FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Associates in Forensic Investigations LLC meets Wyoming Congregation for the National Council of Investigation & Security Services at Hit the Hill
Contact First Name,
Associates in Forensic Investigations LLC (AFI-LLC), is pleased to share its success in participating in the annual 'Hit the Hill' event for the National Council of Investigation & Security Services (NCISS). Dean A. Beers, CLI, CCDI, represented AFI-LLC and, being new to Wyoming, met with the offices of Senators John Barrasso, MD and Mike Enzi, and also Representative Cynthia Lummis. Dean visited with the Wyoming congregation as part of the annual 'Hit the Hill' event for the National Council of Investigation & Security Services (www.NCISS.org) to discuss legislation and regulation that may impact our professions and those we can support and assist with.
Dean had the pleasure of meeting Legislative Assistant for Rep. Lummis, Will Carraco (unfortunately Rep. Lummis was unavailable, as she was chairing a hearing at that time), Sen. Mike Enzi and his Senior Legislative Assistant Travis Jordan, and Sen. John Barrasso and his Legislative Assistant Charles Ziegler in Washington DC earlier this week. Dean will be personally meeting with Rep. Lummis in Cheyenne at a later date.
Dean represented AFI-LLC, and also NCISS as the 3rd Vice President, to discuss legislation and regulation that may impact the investigative and security professions, including those NCISS can support and assist with. Issues discussed included consumer privacy protection and how private investigators play an integral role, background checks, proposed minimum wages and union voting rules, and several other key issues.
We are very proud to be a new addition to Wyoming! Together We're Better - We Make the Difference! (posted at http://www.deathcasereview.com/1/post/2014/04/afi-llc-meets-wyoming-congregation-for-nciss.html) About NCISS: The National Council of Investigation and Security Services, Inc., (NCISS - www.NCISS.org), is a cooperative effort of those companies and associations responsible for providing private security and investigation services to the legal profession, business community, government and the public. Each day we find an increasing number of problems confronting the orderly growth of our profession. These problems include, among others: overly restrictive legislation regarding training and standards, proliferation of legislation requiring local licensing, public misunderstanding and misinformation on the role and contribution of private investigators and security services, and an uninformed media. It is the role of NCISS to meet and solve these problems while seeking to uncover and recommend action on any hidden potential problems which may have an effect on our profession. About AFI-LLC: Associates in Forensic Investigations LLC is owned by Cheyenne Licensed Private Investigators Dean A. Beers, CLI, CCDI and Karen S. Beers, BSW, CCDI.
We provide Expert Consultations and Legal Investigations of Personal Injury, Negligence & Death in Civil, Criminal and Probate litigation. We are Subject Matter Experts in Equivocal Death Investigation and Analysis, and Injury Causation.
Here is a video explaining what we do and why - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OgsvtbSk8fg AFI-LLC - Our agency is called upon for many reasons - from investigations to consultations - and from finding the right investigator to the right expert. The Quint-Essential Qualities of a Professional Investigator... | Skills Appropriate for the Assignment Law firms and medical offices specialize - Professional Investigators also specialize. Their casework and continuing education should also be in your specialized areas.
Experience and Knowledge Professional Investigators strive to maintain and further these. All professions have requirements of continuing education. The CLI program requires extensive compliance with continuing education.
Responsible and Ethical Conduct Every component of the investigation has evidentiary considerations. Professional Investigators hold themselves to a higher standard and leaves no question as to the admissibility of their evidence. Information without ethics is not evidence.
Effective Communication Professional Investigators maintain communication with the attorney, client, witnesses, and other key persons in the investigation. Moreover, reports are the product of an organized investigation and should reflect the work product you expect.
Keyword - 'Professional' Honesty, Integrity & Intelligence. These define Professional Investigators and gives you the confidence that your case is in competent and skilled hands.
