Greetings!
 I came home from Scottsdale overwhelmed from the incredible success of the Regional Success Summits! It was amazing to see all the new stories and it is just the beginning. The next man up philosophy of leadership was one of the most amazing experiences I have had in 20 plus years in direct sales. We had 25 new people leading trainings in Dallas and Scottsdale that had never been on stage before. The message of having the opportunity to come in and become a major part of this company was made clearer than ever before. The reason this concept works is we have amazing humble Ambassadors that are more excited to see new people have the opportunity to speak than to speak themselves. The biggest surprise I had was when we got back and the commissions were updated for sending out to the field; we discovered some exciting news! We had the following promotions in our ring club, Brad and Stasha Murray 700K, Will and Jennifer Watkins 500K, Cindy Wright 400K, Emily Payne 200K, Wendy and Kent Hiemenz 100K, Carlos Pineda 100K, and Juan and Summer Jeronimo 100K. A dream of mine has been to have 1000 people in the company at a minimum of 100K per year over the next 5 years. Our goal just one year ago was to have 10 this year and we have already had 31! When I see the stories of the new promotions I am very humbled by God to be a part of the major break through that is occurring in so many lives, in both health and finances. We already see about 50 people that that can be there by the National Convention in February! I encourage you to ask yourself, why not you and why not this year? Our culture of winners is made up of everyday people that have the heart to fight for their families to have a better life. I look forward to seeing you on the stage as a first time success story in February!
