Greetings!
I recently found that I had slipped away from some of the success that I personally had on the Zeal for Life Challenge. As the President and CEO of Zurvita, I knew I needed to set a personal goal to commit to seriously refocusing on getting healthy. It has been scientifically proven that you can form, or break, a habit in 21 days. Leading up to the launch of Challenge Day, I took on the 21 Day Challenge. I logged everything and was astonished at how much of a transformation took place in just 21 days. Now, after completing my 21 Day Challenge, it truly has become more of a life change than before.
Many people talk about having a "cheat day" and I used to be right there with them. When I would allow myself a cheat day, I would start my struggle all over again for the next three days. Since cutting out my cheat days, I have had far more success. There were one or two days throughout my 21 Day Challenge that I may have had a cheat meal, but not an entire day to throw me off track.
August was the biggest month in the history of Zurvita, with Zeal sales reaching over $6.3 million. Looking to September, our company goal is to hit over $7 million in revenue. The reason for this success is due to all the people who have learned the power of setting goals and working towards that goal throughout that entire month. The secret to success is to have a victory every single day. Whether it's an activity or a result, look for a victory each day of the entire month. When you add up every day, having some type of success, it will wind up being your best month ever. This is why we encourage people to set a goal and go after it. We truly believe that September will be Zurvita's biggest month ever and we hope to see everyone as a member of the Achievers Club.

What is the Achievers Club?
This Recognition Program honors Consultants who email Zurvita their goal of reaching a new pin level and then promotes to the next pin level! The Achievers Club will be determined on a month-by-month basis. Zurvita Corporate will announce when the Achievers Club Recognition Program is in effect at the start of any given month. During this announcement, Consultants will also find information on how to submit their goals.
Achievers Club Rules
If a Consultant sends in their goals and reaches a new pin level, then he/she will receive an Achievers Club item of clothing. Senior Consultants will receive an Achievers Club T-shirt. Regional Consultants and above will receive an Achievers Club jacket. This T-shirt or jacket will be mailed to the recipient during the following month.*

* Once a Consultant has received a jacket, he/she is still eligible to send in their goals for a different month. If a Consultant sends in their goals and reaches a new pin level for a second time, then he/she has the option to receive a second jacket (if you have a spouse on the account). Only a single jacket can be earned for a Consultant account in a given month. Consultants who first received a T-shirt will now receive a jacket. After a Consultant has received a jacket, he/she will be able to choose between a t-shirt or polo shirt. Jackets will be distributed based on the name listed in the Consultant's account.

When viewing your Downline Report, there is now a green check mark by the Consultant names who have completed the Marketing Compliance Training.
As leaders, we encourage you to reach out to those who have not (or do not) completed this training by the due date, as well as adding these modules as a step to getting started with your new recruits. It is another great way to stay connected to your team members and show them support.
