New Technology, New Era for Robbinsdale Area Schools
During the summer months, Robbinsdale Area Schools began seeing many changes in the way we use technology:
- We launched a new website in our new content management system, Edline. Parents and students, there is no need to login to our new website. You will use Schoology to view teacher websites.
- Parent Portal change its name to Family Information Access.
- Teachers, students and parents will begin using Schoology this fall
- All fifth graders will receive a Chromebook to better integrate with Google Apps

Teachers, Staff Kick-off School Year with District Opener On Aug. 28, staff gathered in the Armstrong auditorium for the annual District Opener. Dr. Yvette Jackson, CEO of the National Urban Alliance, was the guest speaker, who told teachers to challenge all students with high expectations. We also celebrated the 50th anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I Have a Dream" speech. It was a wonderful day to excite staff about the new school year!

We recently created a social media directory for families, staff and community members to find social media links for the district, schools, community ed programs and athletics. If you have any additions you'd like to make, please email Tara_Cegla@Rdale.org.
